Every reseller hosting package comes with two control panels: WHM and cPanel. WHM is your administration panel. You use it to create hosting accounts, set their limits and suspend or remove them. cPanel is what each of your customers gets. They use it to manage their own website, email addresses, databases and files, without seeing anyone else's account.

You create and manage hosting packages in your WHM control panel. First define a package with the limits you want, such as disk space, bandwidth and the number of email accounts. Then create an account for each customer and assign a package to it. From WHM you can also change a customer's package later, suspend an account or remove it.
